Kate, I have searche high and low for the name Durick to connect with my geneology. My gggrandmother anne obrien quigley come to oxford ohio in 1849 from gallin county mayo ireland. Her husband died in ireland and she brought her daughter bridget josephine quigley who is my ggrandmother with her she was three yrs old. Anne married a man named Cornelius Durick and they are both buried in mt olivet cemetery in Oxford. He appears to have been a man of means. I found this out by Bridgets obit and tombstones II can find no info on him or any one named Durick. on the 1880 census it says he was born in Ireland. Any info you have on the name would be much appreciate. Ann Conway Gee
