has two women named Anna whose LR was WV, one of them an Anna M.
If you click on "Advanced" you can specify a state and county. If the surname is rare, you can sometimes find the spouse. Do this:
1) Enter Anna Darrah, specify LR WV.
2) Notice one in Brooke County, one in Marshall.
3) Wipe out the given name, enter Brooke as the county.
You get a total of 7, none of right unless Carl's middle name was Arthur. (This Anna was born 1909, so you are looking for a Carl or Carlton born 1904 - 1909.)
Repeat for Marshall County. No luck there, either. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
