The Dardens living in Robertson Co TN in the year 1805 were Jonathan Darden and his brother Holland Darden. If Jane Darden was born in TN, those would be the families she was from.

Carr Darden migrated to Robertson Co TN after 1816. No marriage record has yet been found to indicate that he was having children in the year 1805, although he was certainly old enough to be a married man. His 1820 census in Robertson County TN indicates that no person born 1805 or later was living in his household.

Carr Darden brought the Glovers with him in 1817. I think he also brought David and Henry Glover, sons of Robert Darden and his wife Honor.

I am curious as to why you say that Carr Darden was born 1760? The 1820 and 1830 census prove he was born between 1770-1775.

I have seen the Dardens of America book, but I disagree with the author's as far as Robert Darden's family is concerned. That's why I'm combing thru the Robertson Co TN court records. You can't believe everything in these books; especially when the author's do not take other families into account.
