William Dansey was an officer in the 33rd Regiment of Foot during the American Revolutionary War. I have now published a book of his letters home during 1776-1777.
If anyone is interested in purchasing a copy the title is “Captured Rebel Flag, The Letters of Captain William Dansey 33rd Regiment of Foot 1776-1777” Edited by Paul Dansey, published by Ken Trotman Publishing 2010 ISBN 978-1-907417-05-4 Priced £15 paperback. I am still researching William Dansey so if anyone else knows about him I would be interested in your replies
