Hello cousins,
I just got back from Franklin GA. I had the oportunity to visit the Old Jail, All of us that came from Joshua D. Dansby, B 1848 GA, D 1916, and Emma Daniel, B 1848, D 3 Mar 1923, have a revolutionary war connection. Emma's Grandfather and Great grandfather were revolutionary vets.
Emma's father, Isham Daniel, B 16 Sep 1812, D 1880
Grandfather, Littleton Daniel, B 8 Oct 1758 D 8 Feb 1835
Great-Grandfather, Isham Daniel, B 1736
The daniel family is still in Heard County GA
Emma is my Great-Great Grandmother I have an old tin type of Her Father Isham somewhere I have moved a couple of times since I had seen it last but I still have it.
