I am looking for information on John Dansby, b. 5/8/1808 or 1805
in possibly Georgia, South Carolina or Alabama. He died in 1896
near Elamville, Ala. He was a farmer and married Sarah Marndia
Price. His mother's name was probably Winza Oyster Dansby (b.1782),
and his father's probably Isham Dansby (b. ca 1744-1779, d. 1814).
If this rings any bells with any of you out there, let me know!
