For those of you who are researching Blythe Danner the following info might be of interest to you.
Blythe Danner was born in Springfield, Delco., PA to Harry E Danner and Katharine (Kile) Danner. I believe Blythe also had a brother by the name of Harry B Danner.
I too have Danner in my family from Germany and wonder if Blythe Danner's heritage connects to mine. My Danners are Johann Heinz Danner m. to Anna Sarin in late 1600's and their son, Johann Heinz Danner m. to Anna Catharine Kettner in 1728 in Lindenhausen, Germany, then their daughter, Maria Elisabeth Danner m. to Bartholomew Kupper in 1752 in the Rheinland, Pfalz area of Germany. Any one connect to them?
I will be glad to xerox the article from our local paper that tells about Blythe Danner if any one is interested.
