I've tracked a sibling of a Danner ancestor down thru Social security death records to dying at Washington Co, LA, at or near Franklinton in 1972. Hoping someone can tell me more about he and his life there and if he had any children or descendants still in the area I could communicate with about the shared family history. The man is Henry R. Danner, born 1890 at Clay Co, Indiana, son of Theopholus Danner & Liza Anna Bates. He married Elizabeth Cassidy at Terre Haute, Indiana in 1920. I have an extensive amount of research accomplished on at least 3 earlier generations of Henry's Danner family history, but would like to know if anything else was handed down thru Henry's line. Appreciate any contacts. I don't have an exact death date, so have not obtained an obituary, but believe he died February 1972 there. - Thanks, Allan Griffith, Bloomington, IL - magrif@verizon.net
