Happy Jack Danley TX death certificate

I found a death certificate for Happy Jack Danley at http://www.familysearch.org/eng/default.asp new prototype search. It was in the Texas Deaths database with images but the databaze is being redone and currently unavailable. He died 08 Apr 1939 in Childress, Childress Conty, Texas. His dob was 20 Feb 1853, which matches the dob for my granduncle John H. Danley. Birthplace was Carroll County, AR, which is also a match to my John H., son of Alfred Thompson Danley and Mary Buckland. In the 1900 census taken 05 Jun John H. Danley, age 47 was living in St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri with wife Mary E., age 38 and six children; Pansy, 10; Benjamin H., 10; Samuel H., 7; Arthur, 5; Hazel, 2; and Elmer, 5 months. In April 1910 census Mary E., age 48 is in St. Joseph with Harry, Samuel, Arthur, Hazel and Ethel (age7). In the 1910 census there John H. is not with the family and Jack H. Danley appears in Childress, Childress, Texas. He is a roomer but shows marital status as married. Occupation is blacksmith, same as John H. occupation in 1900 census. His age and place of birth do not appear to match but are not very legible and that data was often unreliable in census records.

Does any one have more information or family stories about Happy Jack?
