I filled in the surname Daniels and searched Macon County. I found a death certificate for John J. Daniels, b. 30 Aug 1851 in IN, I think it is Clay County. He died 8 Dec 1915 in Bevier, Macon Co. His father was John Daniels, b. West Virginia (just a reminder that West Virginia was a part of Virginia until 1863). His mother was Mary Ann Moore, b. KY. I think these would be the parents of your Mary D. Daniels Reffett. In 1900 she said that her father was born in VA and her mother in KY.

There might be other names in the index for Macon County that you would recognize. I did not find a death certificate for Mary D. Daniels Reffett--perhaps she died before 1910.
