Although some records had "morris" it ended up being one and the same. Actually his birth given middle name was Washington. Maurice was his baptismal middle name andlisted (other than the birth record has his middle name. But you hit the nail right on the head.
Has it relates to the Kelsey/Kelsay's is that when George Daniels married Madeline Jesson that branch became part of the old family tree. Madeline Jesson was the Great Grand Daughter of America Kelsey Wyman. She was also my Grandmother. Just to let you know.
