Daniels in Vermont. Shipton C.E. to VT

My earliest Daniels in Vermont is Andrew Daniels(My 2nd great grandfather,) who came from "Shipton C.E." (-Whatever that means-)he lived in the Groton/Marshfield area, and was married to Roxana Emery, daughter of Timothy Emery and Matilda Goodwin.

In 1863 they had a son named Nathaniel B. Daniels in Groton VT. He was married to Alice Savory. They had at least two daughters; Eunice (b. 1911- Marshfield VT) and Violet. Does any of this look familiar?
