From what we have so far, it seems likely that the father of Laurence (or Lawrence), Sarah and the others was Henry Daniels (or Daniel). Do you know if all of the siblings were born in Nova Scotia? Do you know anything about the Daniels' involvement in the Revolutionary War? Were they UEL or did they simply cross over after the war?
