Della (or Fidella) Daniels was born before 1871. and lived in Andrew co., MO, She married William Jacob Lamaster in 1889 in St. Joseph, MO. I haven't found her parents names in Andrew co., MO. A family story reports Della was full blooded Cherokee, but I have found no proof. In the 1920 census Della said her father was born in MO, and her mother in the U.S. The family was not counted in the 1900 and 1910 census, lending a little authority to the Cherokee story.

Her children were: Lydia; Viola; William Arthur; Charles; Dollie Mae; Thomas S.; Dora; and Bertha.
