Searching for the parents of my gggrandmother, DANIELS, Mary Ann. The 1860 SULLIVAN, IL census reflects her as being 12 years of age and living as a "ward" of DANIELS, William & Sarah . Records reflect She married JACKSON, Jesse A. in 1867. He was killed in 1870 and is buried in Pea Cemetery. They had 2 children, William , who died as an infant and Mary Ellen, b1869. Daniels was allegedly Osage or Cherokee Indian. Any information about her parents will be greatly appreciated. e-mail me at robfam@att.net
