Looking for the parents of Israel DANFORD who was born in OH 1822. I think he moved when quite young, possibly with a brother, to Dearborn, IN. He marries in 1848 and has 5 children: Martha, Alice, Lucinda, Jennie, and John. He dies in 1891.
There is a George DANFORD who lives near Israel in the 1850 & 60 census of Dearborn. He is 2-5 years older than Israel depending on the census. I'm looking at him as a possible brother.
There is also a Peasly/Peasley DANFORD in the 1840 census of Hamilton, OH who has a son (possibly Israel) 15-20 yrs. Peasley moves to Dearborn, IN and is in the 1850 census. He says he was born in Mass.c1808.
