Just learned that my gggrandmother was Dorothy Danford. She was also known as Darcus. She was born about 1850 in either South Carolina or Alabama (depends on which census you believe). She died in Jackson Co. Fl 20 Jul 1912. She was married to James Hallman and had sons named George Washington Hallman and Andrew Jackson Hallman. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear from you.
