Abraham Danford b 1785 or 1782in SC and married Sarah Nee (unable to verify that Nee is correct). One source has Abraham's father's name as Joseph. Children of Abraham and Sarah are:Thomas Jefferson B1810 in NC, Joseph b1813, William b1817, Daniel b1825, Martha b1826, Edward b1836. One place I found a Edmund b1833 not sure if this is another son or the same as Edward, or from a different family. the Children of Thomas Jefferson and Louisa Sloan are: John M., Alexander, Thomas Jefferson, Elizabeth Frances, Mattie,Zachariah, E J, James N., Jimmie, Martha, Walter, W M. Haven't verified all of these- James N and Jimmie could be same person. I am not sure of the date the Danfords moved to Barbour Co. Alabama, but they can be found in the 1850 census. Abraham was 68 and Sarah 65 at that time. I did find in Barbour Co. land records that Abraham filed on 40 acres in 1837.
