My Dancy family started in Rowan/Wilkes Co. NC with Edward Dancy son of John Dancy and Ann Morgan from Ireland/England marrying Amelia (milly) Vannoy..their son Jesse James Dancy was their son and my direct ancestor...He and his family live in Tazwell Co. VA before moving on to other states. Do you recognize these names?
