i found James e. Dancy in holmes,fl listed in the mount ida cem.born nov 18,1862 died oct 20 1934 wife Josephine R.Owens buried there also.Also shows William K. buried there.Wife remarried after his death to a William Pearce.
William K. Dancy and wife Sarah E. show up in the 1860 pulaski ga census with daughter sarah j. 4mo's old.
In 1870 James e. is 7 yrs old in the census living with mother and step dad in Holmes,Fl. Also in 1880 in Holms,Fl. he is listed as 17 yrs old with same family.
I dont know if Sarah his wife is the same woman that he married in dec 22,1855 in Pulaski,Ga to a Mary Dooling.
