Alabama Dancys

Just wondering if there are any descedents out there of Dancys who lived in North Alabama in the 19th century. There were four "heads of families" listed in the 1830 census of Morgan County - Francis Dancy, William Dancy, Henry B. Dancy and Alfred Dancy. A house built in 1829 by Col. Frank Dancy still stands and is a bed and breakfast. The name appears to have died out in this area. I am reading a istory of Decatur, Ala., and am just curious - no relation.
