Hi! I know that you said you don't have much on Hattie Dancy--but just in case--have you come across Amelda Dancy? She is my GG Grandmother, married to Wesley Stidhams. I think she was born around 1859 or 1860. They resided in Ashe Co., NC. I know for sure that Wesley was from Wilkes and possibly Amelda, too, although they lived their lives in Ashe Co. Thanks!
