DISTRICT COURT - CRIMINAL CASES:
State vs. DELIA GRIFFIN, defendant appears, pleads guilty of adultery and is fined $300 and costs.
State vs. EUGENE DANCER, defendant pleads guilty of adultery and is fined $l00 and costs.
State vs. DELIA GRIFFIN, indicted for lewdness, dismissed on motion of County Attorney.

Two criminal cases set for trial, those of EUGENE DANCER and DELIA GRIFFIN, indicted for adultery, were disposed of by both pleading guilty, and fined $l00 and $300 respectively and costs. After DANCER was indicted, his wife secured a divorce, and as soon as the criminal cases were disposed of, DANCER took out a marriage license and was married to MISS GRIFFIN at Lamoni the same day..
