Hi Nadine. I hope you haven't given up the search into the family. My son Kevin is the eager beaver into his roots and I dabble now and then thro the search engines and cold calling via the telephone. Occasionally some info comes of it. The info I have for you is something sent via a 'Dancer' or relative therof but which we haven't yet found a common relative. For what it's worth 01/01/1818 William Drinkwater of North Marston married Peninnah(?) Dancer. Witness is given as Elizabeth Drinkwater. On 29/01/1839 Edward Dancer married Elizabeth Holt (Licensee). Witness Elizabeth Drinkwater. The origin of the info was not given. Although this info may not be of any use maybe it will recharge the batteries. Our tree is back to the mid 1600s and there appear to be three trunks. One around the Buckinghamshire area,-mine with offshoots not yet connected, One in the midlands and another in Scotland. Someone must have had a very fast horse. Keep searching. Ken
