Blair m Walter Damron 20 FEB 1890 Pikeville, Pike, Kentucky. The record is listed in the IGI. You should verify any info found at the site. At the same site, there is also a Louisa Blare, about the right age, in the 1880 Census of Pike Co., Ky. She is listed in the household of Isaiah Blare on Caney Creek.
