Andrew B Damran(yes spelled correctly)
I am researching Andrew B Damran for a friend who is the granddaughter of Dr Damran. So far I know this about him from family members and family bibles etc. His place of birth is not really known, some have said he may have been born in Paris France but on his kids census he is listed in numerous states of birth. I do know he went into priesthood in Paris France and returned to the states as a young man and married a Nancy J Stewart in Polk county,Mo in 1890. Then in 1894 in Stone County he married Tabatha Anna McGuire and they had 4 children, Clarence,Charles,Ada and Trussie. 1910 census(Ocheleta town, Lincoln Twp, Washington County) in Oklahoma Tabatha is listed as a Widow.
Other family members have referred to him as Dr Damran. He was a self made doctor and after treating a patient in the winter of 1909-1910 he caught pneumonia and died. Where in Oklahoma not sure....?????
Any further clues would be appreciated...we are stuck!!!
