Hi, I am also researching the Damery family who I believe originated in county cork (either Ballymoney or Ballineen. My ancestry though is from Canada. We believe our lineage has stemed from John Damery (coming with his brother to St. John, New Brunswick Canada around the year 1840 (prior to the great irish famine. In the 1851 census of St.John the Damery's are listed. There is a DAMERY web site (called DAMERYWORLD)that you can visit that has some really good information (www.damery.org). Please contact me if you have any information
Kathy
