Yes George Franklin is the younger brother to Aaron Dameron. George married Mary Ann Kizer ca 1847. I believe this is the same Mary Anne Dameron buried in the Kiser Cemetery along with a son Jonas. George moved to TN prior to the 1860 census. There are three children, Sarah, Katherine, Martha Jane, and Levi W. Martha Jane is my connection.
Would you be willing to send me a copy of the land grant??I would like to compare this with George's sale in 1858.George sold two parcels and it may be his deceased wife Ann's and this grant.
Is this the same land Aaron later sold?
Do you have any land or other records that would connect Cynthia Dameron Glen to either Aaron or George? Also if we could locate Cynthia on the 1840 or 50 census or Aaron on the 1840 census maybe we could get a clue as to any additional surviving children. As Sarah Dameron has never been found on the 1840 or 50 census She must be with Aaron or Cynthia.
I have Randolph H as the grandson of John and Elizabeth Boyd and the son of Edward and Elizabeth Dameron.
Do you have anything on the final estate records of Thomas d 1837? All I have is the will.
Thomas is listed with one male 10-16 on the 1820 census .This male could still be there on the 1830 15-20, Aaron 10-15, 1 5-10 and 1 under 5. George's birth date is 1826 so it seems there are two unknows sons from the 1830 census. I would suspect two died between 1820 and 1830 and maybe two others after 1830 leaving only George and Aaron.
Thanks for the response
