I'm curious about the suit in Halifax Co involving Joseph and George in 1795. Would this be George b 1759 or George of Caswell. If George b1759 then who is the Joseph. Joseph of Caswell, and if so does the lawsuit give any clues as to the relationship even if there is no explicite mention. Maybe trying to determine this Joseph would give some clues. Joseph could be another brother to George and John.
