SUIT for DIVORCE -- Mary DALZIEL filed her application in the County Clerk's office yesterday for a divorce from her husband, Robert DALZIEL. The parties were married in January 1858, since which time, with the exception of 7 or 8 weeks immediately following the marriage, the husband has failed to provide for the support of the wife. During the Frazer river excitement he left for Victoria and has continued to reside there, to the abandonment and desertion of his wife, wherefore she prays for a decree of divorce.
