Hi Rob, My grandmother was Mary Ann Dalziel b according to certs.I have, in Boston Mass in 1831. Her mar. cert. says Mary A Dazell was age 20 at the time, May 14 1851. No parents names. Her death cert. says Dalzell, no parents names. Her husbands death cert. says Delzelle. Her grandson was Herbert DeZelle Turner. I can't find a birth cert. for her in Boston and I was told she was b. in Scotland. We always thought it was Dalziel. We also think she was in the family of the Dalziel Brothers, engravers in London who came to America and continued in the printing business. Do you know anything about these People? One more question. Do you pronounce your name D L the Scots way or Dalziel?
