I have recently placed on Ebay a number of items relating to this family. John Dalziel was a lawyer in Edinburgh. He married Isabella Geddes Sanderson on 26 March 1863 and they had three sons, George Dalziel Dalziel[b.21.12.1865], James Sanderson Dalziel [b.14.11.1867] and John "Jack" Dalziel [b. 7.11.1869]. Items 3749469211 and 3749472589 and 3749470636.
The material offered for sale consists of letters sent by George and James to their parents, from Fettes College in Edinburgh in 1880, and a manuscript journal of a trip taken by James to Ceylon, in 1888.
