Hello Joann,
I wander if John Dalzell could have been an ancestor of Robert Dalzell, who married Margaret Johnson in Beaver, PA, about 1850. I am searching for information about one of their children, Bell, who became an artist and was in charge of fine art programs in the schools of Pittsburgh, then retired to an alfalfa ranch in CA. The only other thing I know about this Dalzell family is that they were related to the Carroll family and the Underwood family.
