Her father was William Dalzell. She was born 9-19-1840 in Cork County, Ireland and married Herbert Elvidge Franklin. She died 1-28-1921 in Suttersville, Pennsylvania and is buried in the West Newton, PA cemetery. Thanks. Notify Administrator about this message?
