I am a descendant of Judah Dalton who married Elisha Potter in Franklin Co., VA 1791. Judah was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Dalton who wrote a letter of permission for her marriage. James was the eldest son of Timothy Dalton of Pittsylvania and Bedford Cos in VA. I have a very little info on Timothy, but no names of wife or children. Want to share what little we each know?
