Robert and Rex, I have information on the Hardacre side of your family. See my post on the Hardacre Genforum page.
Elizabeth Hardacre was the daughter of Thomas Forbes Hardacre and Angeline Wallace. They had four children; Clara in 1854, Emma in 1856, Elizabeth born between 1857 and 1861, and Edgar born in 1862.These children were all born in Clark Co., OH. The family moved to Illinois and Angeline died in 1868 in Lawrence Co., IL. Thomas Hardacre then married Sarah Rae(or Rea) in January of 1869 in Lawrence Co., IL and they had a daughter Nancy Hardacre born in October of 1869. Nancy married my g-g-grandfather Thomas Hayman White in Lawrence Co., IL in February 1892. So I am kind of halfway related to you.
