Eliza Elizabeth Dalrymple of Louisiana

Eliza Elizabeth Dalrymple married my 2nd great grand uncle, James M Dixon just prior
to the Civil War. James did not survive that
war ( d. 1863 Franklin, Louisiana ) but my information says he left two sons, Jared and James William Dixon.

I have been told ( unconfirmed) that a street in New Orleans is names for the same Dalrymple family. I am seeking any information anyone can provide on this branch
on the Dalrymple family.
