Researching a family of Daleys who
settled in the New Waterford area of Cape
Breton, Nova Scotia in 1831. Pioneer
settler was Simon Daley (ca. 1794-1877).
Eldest son named Patrick, who was born in Ireland ca.
1822 settled nearby. Have done research
on the descendants. Would like to trace
family back to place in Ireland where
they originated ---most probably Co.Cork
