Searching for information on a Tacy Jones Slider that married a Timothy Daley. On the 1880 Census , Luzerne County I find Timothy Daley age 38, RR Conducter, born in NY, Father born in Ireland, Mother in NY. His Wife Tacy is listed as 48 yrs old, born in PA. They have a daughter Minnie age 6 yrs, born in PA.. and also a Step son Ralph SLIDER age 18 , living in the household. My Gr Gr Grandmother was Catherine Slider , her mother's maiden name was Tacy Jones. She had 2 brothers that I know of. 1 named Ralph Slider of Allentown, PA and Albert Slider of Stroudsburg. A sister, Mrs Carl Boyer and a sister Mrs Morgan Hopkins of PA.
