Elizabeth Dake b. abt 1800 VA

My 2nd great grandfather was William L. GOULD, son of John and Isabella. They lived in Allegheny City in the 1800's. Allegheny City was across the river from downtown Pittsburgh, PA and is now part of Pittsburgh.

William (b abt 1830) was married to Caroline (b abt 1832) and they had children:
John
Walter
Charles & Florence (male) (twins)
Benjamin
Harmon
Ross
Ralph
Laura & Henry (twins)

In the 1860 census there was a woman living with them by the name of ELIZABETH DAKE. She is listed as being born about 1800 in VA. This could be a relative of either William's or Caroline's.

Does anyone know anything about these families? Thank you.
Carol Harris, Pittsburgh, PA
