In reply to your message dated 2004 about John Daily. He was actually George W. Dailey (born 1830 and died abt 1873 in Neosho Falls, Woodson Co., KS. He and Mary had three sons. William Henry Dailey (b-1860 in Iowa) George Wallandingham Dailey (b-Nov.1864 in Ohio)John M. Dailey (b-Sept. 1866 Ohio) I assume that father George's middle name was also Wallandingham which leads me to believe that this was probably his mother's maiden name?
They appeared on the 1870 Census Neosho Falls, Woodson Co., KS
