DANIEL DAILY/DAILEY was born in Ireland between 1791 and 1800 (depending on which census you read) and died in Monroe Co., TN August 1890. We know a lot about his life after 1843, but very little about his life prior to that time. His father was WILLIAM DAILY who immigrated from Ireland, evidently after Daniel was brought to America. DENNIS, JOHN, JAMES, WILLIAM, ELLEN, MARY, BIDDY, NANCY, ANNORA were his siblings. It seems that William was the only one of the male siblings who survived to live in America. One of the sisters (not sure which one) married a WELCH and came from Ireland to Mobile, AL. Mary married
Lawrence TOOMEY and went to St. John, New Brunswick. Ellen married a Mr.
CULLMAN. Anything sound familiar? Thanks.
