Estate of Wm. Dailey, VanBuren Co., MI
Posted by: Jan Magee (ID *****4389) Date: February 13, 2008 at 11:56:12
  of 1804

After searching for a long time, and getting nowhere, I went to VanBuren Co., MI this past summer. Their records are not in the best shape, but I was able to find and transcribe the following.
In some trees, there has been confusion as to the parents of Cyrus Dailey, b. 1860. The probate papers show Cyrus to be a child of William and Lydia Dailey. Since he was quite young when his parents died, the older children were, at various times, named as his legal guardians.
