I think all the Dails in Pitt/Craven/Dobbs descend from Able - proving it is entirely another matter. My Thomas had the good sense to move to Duplin from Greene Ca 1790 or so and we can track him. Think he is the son of either Abel Sr or his probable son Abel jr but could be wrong. Entire crowd was out of Norfolk Co, Va.
