Emilie Kuprion was my mother's maternal grandmother. Her son Joseph Francis Dahlgren married my grandmother, Anne Huntly Gordon. The marriage produced two children. The oldest was my mother, Anne Huntly Gordon Dahlgren (b. 3 Jan. 1926 - d. 22 Jan. 1996), who married my father, David Irwin Kyril Hecht in 1950. The second child was my uncle Bernie (Bernard Dahlgren) who died in 1984, leaving his widow, the former Marjorie Morgenstierne, and a daughter, my cousin Eva Dahlgren, now Smithwick, who lives in Kentucky with her husband.
