I think this is a good possibility for Rachel but she Americanized her first name.

There are other Aurora Edit/Edith or Edit(h) Aurora hits born in 1894 (according to the 1900 Swedish Census CD) but none with any name similar to Rachel except for this one. She is also the only one who could have been a Dahlberg. The family had traveled to the U.S. earlier, based on the birth of one son in the U.S.A. but then returned to Sweden.
I don't know where you found the Hörby information. One of two locations for Hörby is in Malmöhus län (county) and since the mother came from Malmöhus län, perhaps Rachel spent some time there. This record says she was born in Lur, however.
Check with the Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center. They have fabulous records. They have a website but their extensive collection of records is not online.

Note that Chicago is listed as the city of birth, which makes sense since your Rachel lived in Evanston, just outside Chicago.
This appears to be the emigration of the mother before she was married. It appears to me that she met the father in the U.S. and not in Sweden, and then they returned to Sweden. It is very interesting to see that this record has her birthplace as Hörby parish in Malmöhus län. (The censuses said Lund so you will need to find her parish birth records to see where the mother was born.)
Note where Hörby, Malmöhus, is located compared to Lund.

Jungfru means Miss.
Emibas is only about 75% complete and I cannot see Reinhold's emigration record.
There is a different database, also not complete. This one is Emihamn, made from registrations with Swedish port police before leaving Sweden. I think this is probably Reinhold Isaksson (before he added the surname Dahlberg). He also had Chicago as a destination.
