On the Scriber Dahl's. Dorothy Margritz's maiden name was Dorothy Dahl. She married George Margritz my great grandfather. Dorothy's parents were Martin Dahl (born 1821 in Germany, died 1898) and Anna M. Dahl (maiden name unknown. She was born 1825 in Germany and died in 1917. Per the 1900 census, Dorothy came to America in 1865. 1870 census for Waddams Township, IL shows Martin Dahl and kids Augusta, Henry and Dorothy. Dorothy married George Oliver Margritz in 1871 in Illinois.
Buried at the Scribner cemetery in Pebble Township near Scribner, NE are Martin and Anna Dahl; George & Dorothy Margritz; Catherine Honey (maiden name Margritz) abd Rupert Honey; Leander & Laura Dahl; John W. & Magdalena Dahl; John H. and Dora Dahl; Augusta Dahl; Charly Dahl.
