Looking for info on Wm. H. Daffron b. c. 1849 Tx. Census states his parents were born in Alabama.
Wm. married Marila ????. Had children: Nettie, Katie, Mollie, Mattie, Wm. R., James H., Orian.
This family is on the 1900 Census in Gonzales Co., Tx.
Marila is shown to remarry in 1905 to James B. Makemson in Williamson Co., Tx. With her are her children - Mattie, Henry D., Orian. They are on the 1910 census of Williamson Co., Tx. On the 1920 cens., James Makemson's wife listed as Lizzie age 52 (Marila?) Marila was 10 years older than James. Her name was also listed as Daffern.
on the 1870 cens. for Titus Co., Tx. there is a Josephine Daffern/Daffron living with the Wm. Teaver family. She had children Iney & Malissa. She married John Daffron.
