In the Illinois Marriage Index, I found 3 DAFFRON marriages in Edgar County: James DAFFRON and Manervy LANSDOWN on 21 December 1849; William [DOFFROM] and Sinia FRAZIER on 2 November 1854; and George [DOFFROM] and Keziah HOPKINS on 8 December 1857.

William and Sina Frazier are in Missouri by 1860. Where are these couples in 1850? I'm especially interested in James and Manervy, because my William Green "Billie" DAFFORD named his oldest son James.

I may have found Billie in 1870 living with a Terry family in Floyd County, GA. He is 18, born in Illinois. When I find the Billie whom I know is mine on the 1880 and 1900 Clark County AR censuses, his birthplace is given as Illinois and Georgia.

Who are the parents of these DAFFRON people who married in Edgar County, Illinois?
