I do not know anything of THOMAS J. DAFFIN'S siblings or parents. There is some indication that he was born in England. This was from a death certificate of PERRY F. DAFFIN, one of his son's. I have no proof. On a federal census for PERRY F. it states PERRY'S father as being born in Michigan. All other censuses that I've found for THOMAS J. and his children state he was born in Md. He first showed up in Md. in the 1840 census in Talbot Co. He was married in Talbot Co. in 1837. Let me know if you find more about your ANDREW DAFFIN as the birth dates are so close.
